These terms apply to strategic, technical, architecture, and implementation consultancy engagements delivered by Arkynox.

Engagement Model
- Consultancy work is delivered under statement of work, proposal, or written service order.
- Scope, timelines, assumptions, and deliverables must be agreed in writing.
- Client-side dependencies and approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to systems, stakeholders, requirements, and decision authority.
- Ensure legal rights to share any systems, data, or materials needed for delivery.
- Review and accept deliverables in line with agreed acceptance periods.
Intellectual Property In Deliverables
- Pre-existing Arkynox methods, frameworks, templates, and tooling remain Arkynox property.
- Client-specific deliverables transfer or license as stated in the governing agreement.
- Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and owner rights.
Commercial Terms
- Fees, invoicing cadence, and payment windows are set in each engagement agreement.
- Change requests outside scope may require revised estimates and written approval.
- Late payments may trigger pause of work until financial obligations are settled.
