- You are responsible for all activity under your account and credentials.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep contact details current.
- Arkynox may suspend accounts that present security, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.
Acceptable Use
- You must not misuse services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-harmful conduct.
- You must not attempt to disrupt systems, bypass limits, or probe vulnerabilities without written authorization.

Termination
- You may stop using services at any time subject to contract or billing commitments.
- Arkynox may terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal necessity.
- Rights and obligations intended to survive termination remain in effect.
