These terms govern access to Arkynox websites, products, APIs, managed services, and consultancy deliverables.

1. Scope And Acceptance

Using any Arkynox service means you accept these terms and any referenced product-specific policy.
If you represent an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.
Where a signed contract exists, that contract controls in case of direct conflict.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and credentials.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep contact details current.
Arkynox may suspend accounts that present security, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

You must not misuse services for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-harmful conduct.
You must not attempt to disrupt systems, bypass limits, or probe vulnerabilities without written authorization.
You must comply with applicable export, sanctions, and data-protection laws relevant to your jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed according to the selected term and may include taxes as required by law.
Arkynox may update features, pricing, limits, or plan structure with commercially reasonable notice.
Non-payment may lead to service restriction or termination after notice periods where applicable.

You may stop using services at any time subject to contract or billing commitments.
Arkynox may terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or legal necessity.
Rights and obligations intended to survive termination remain in effect.

3. Acceptable Use
